Okay, so up until this weekend I had been to regular season games in 3 of the "Big 4" sports leagues. I'm happy to say that I completed the set this weekend and saw the Oilers down the Wings in a shootout. They really pack you in at Rexall Place...you get to know your neighbour more than you want to!
Big Congrats to the Huskie Men's Basketball team!! Putting Saskatchewan on the basketball map with a HUGE, first ever, National Championship!!

Glad to hear that this was fun. It sounded like it was a great game. Maybe they knew you were there for the first time and wanted to put on a show.
ReplyDeleteMy first 'pro game' was at the old arena in Saskatoon. Not very exciting.
